Show the stamped Refund Cheque, passport and credit card at a nearby Global Refund Office and ask for an Immediate Refund on your credit card. Alternatively the Refund can be paid in cash.

How can we get the Fidelity Card from Galeries Lafayette Berlin?
You can get the Fidelity Card at the Customer Service Desk on the first floor of Galeries Lafayette Berlin. This card is free and gives you 7% discount on your first purchase at Galeries Lafayette Berlin, and then 2% on every other purchase made. This card is available if you have a permanent residence in Germany.
